ALYV Science is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure our website and telehealth platform are usable by as many people as possible.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines helps make the web more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, deaf or hard of hearing, have limited movement, have photosensitivity, and those with cognitive disabilities.

What We’re Doing

Our accessibility efforts include: providing sufficient color contrast for all text and user interface components; ensuring all images have descriptive alternative text; designing our website to be navigable by keyboard alone; ensuring all form fields have clear and descriptive labels; providing text alternatives for non-text content; ensuring our website is compatible with commonly used screen readers and assistive technologies; and designing our mobile experience to be fully functional on touch-based devices.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some third-party content and integrated tools (including pharmacy portals and telehealth video platforms) may not fully conform to these standards. We work with our vendors to encourage accessibility improvements and provide alternative access options where needed.
